2) Dual Credit course: Dual‐credit courses are introductory first‐year university courses for which qualified Grade 12 Collegiate students may enroll.
The Collegiate is a University Preparatory High School and The study programme is university preparatory; the curriculum is based on Manitoba Ministry of Education standards. The academic year is designed to give university‐bound students an experience of the pace demanded in studies at the undergraduate level, while they are still under the close supervision and guidance provided in a secondary school environment.
International students who graduate form this school may benefit from the scholarships offered by University of Winnipeg.
Facilities
The school is located on the campus of University of Winnipeg and benefits from modern facilities. The campus also boasts facilities for extra‐curricular activities, including the United Health & RecPlex fieldhouse, the renovated Bill Wedlake Fitness Centre, and the suite of music studios in Bryce Hall shared with the Manitoba Conservatory of Music and Arts.

– The Collegiate provides its students opportunities to explore concepts through performance art in a multitude of subjects. Another valued partner, the Manitoba Conservatory of Music and Arts, is located on campus and shares newly renovated facilities and opportunities for enhanced musical education in harmony with The Collegiate.
